Christmas Night With Good Jazz

 		 Jazz versions of carols and other folk Christmas songs will be performed by the ShockolaD and their friends:

Igor Zakus(Kyiv)
Dana Vynnytska  (Lviv)
Karolina Beimcik (Poland)
Bria Blessing (U.S.)

For the fourth consecutive year the ShockolaD band and the Dzyga Art Association have been organising the  Christmas jazz feast in the city of Lviv,  presenting  jazz arrangements of Ukrainian, Polish, American carols and other Christmas folk songs.

It’s already a good tradition that the Christmas Night  ...  is “visited” and participated by Bria Blessing,  an American singer (had been living in Lviv for many years); Dana Vynnytska,  a former vocalist of the ShockolaD and currently a member of the DagaDana project and Karolina Beimcik, a Polish jazz singer collaborating with Dana Vynnytska in the Babooshki project.  For the first time the Christmas Night With Good Jazz project is joined by Igor Zakus, the best bass guitarist and the prominent figure of Ukrainian jazz movement.
